My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was excellent, just a minute walk to the ocean and at the center of all the restaurants and bars, making it very convenient. However, the room was old and tired, with a grubby bed, and although it had a small kitchen, it was only equipped with basic dishes and tools.
I found the hotel to be in a great location, very close to Las Canteras beach with plenty of affordable and good quality restaurants nearby. The service was super friendly, especially a young lady with excellent English. However, the room I stayed in was very poor, possibly their worst, and not well-maintained. The dining experience was offered in a cafe next door and was just okay. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel had friendly and accommodating staff who made our stay comfortable.
